HerdFlo Terms of Service

Effective June 5, 2026

The service

HerdFlo provides a livestock gestation calculator and, with an account, herd record-keeping ("My Herd"). The free plan includes records for up to 5 animals. HerdFlo Pro is a paid subscription ($5.99/month or $39.99/year, purchased on our website) with unlimited animals. You can cancel anytime from Manage Billing; access continues through the period you've paid for.

Your data is yours

You own your herd records. You can export them at any time, and they remain exportable on the free plan if you cancel Pro.

Important disclaimer — not veterinary advice

Gestation lengths, breed adjustments, and management timelines are published averages for planning purposes only. Individual animals vary. HerdFlo is not a veterinary service and provides no medical advice; health, medication, and withdrawal decisions belong with you and your veterinarian. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarmsFlo is not liable for losses arising from reliance on calculated dates or records.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no resale of the service itself, no unlawful content in records or photos. We may suspend accounts that do.

Referral program

The optional TaskTroll Insider add-on is governed by the Insider program terms at insider.tasktroll.com. Commissions accrue only on payments actually received and stop when a referred subscription cancels.
