Delete your HerdFlo account
This permanently deletes your account and your herd records: your animals, breeding records, weights, treatments, pasture moves, photos, and sign-in details. Any active website subscription is canceled during deletion. Cancel Apple or Google subscriptions separately in the store where you subscribed. This cannot be undone.
Limited purchase records are retained to reconcile payments and prevent receipt reassignment. Store purchases stay associated with the original HerdFlo account; contact support before deleting if you need purchase help.
Tip: download your records first (JSON on every plan; CSV on Pro) — once deleted, they are gone.
Can't sign in, or prefer email? Send a deletion request from your account's email address to support@farmsflo.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.
